I have been in private practice since January 1, 2017, upon retiring from the U. S. Equal Employment Commission (EEOC) after more than thirty-five (35) years of service. Prior to my retirement, I served as the lead Mediator in the Dallas District Office (EEOC), I mediated more than six thousand (6,000) cases with a settlement rate of eighty (80) percent. The cases were employment related and covered by Title VII, ADEA, EPA, ADA and Gina, several of the Cases were complexed and required an in-depth knowledge of the statutes relevant to each case. I trained Associate Mediators in the mediation process and encouraged them to be thorough and to remain neutral while negotiating each case. I am committed to enforcing the civil rights and labor laws and serving as an advocate for those in need of a third party neutral.
