Description of Practice

Kentucky Elder Mediation, LLC is a full service elder mediation practice. We focus on issues involving older adults and their families. When possible we work with the older adults themselves along with their families, facilities, attorneys and medical providers to find and provide the best possible solution to the problem at hand. We provide a neutral environment where all parties are heard in order to find common ground and creative solutions.

Mediators: Bernard Faller, Esq. and Tamela Jennewein, JD, MPS, MA

We specialize in online mediation for clients who have family members who live too far apart to make in-person mediation possible.
