Mediation addresses many fears; I focus on helping couples to reach equitable agreements. My approach reduces many fears because it is transparent, less costly, and less time-consuming than litigation.
Payment plans are flexible. Some may prefer to pay as they are serviced or a retainer fee may be set up for mediation fees. The mediation process is recommended for parties who prefer a third-party neutral and a confidential resolution rather than expensive and public litigation.
