Description of Practice

I am a seasoned mediator with over 500 hours of mediation experience. My practice scope includes elder, relational, family, business, family business, community and non-profit mediation.

My approach is collaborative and is based on classic negotiation models like "Getting to Yes" to help those that are in disagreement work through their disputes to establish a fair and reasonable settlement and arrive at durable agreements for navigating the future of the relationship.

I have conducted over 200 mediations dealing with a wide range of issues. The greatest reward for me is helping individuals sort through tough issues to find common ground, then bearing witness to equitable resolution and agreements for moving forward.

+ Masters in Administrative Science (MAS) from Johns Hopkins University

I often use classic negotiation models like "Getting to Yes" to help disputants work through disagreements to establish a durable agreement to deal with future disagreements.
