Created in 2017, Resolutions & Solutions offers education, training, facilitation, consultation, and mediation to help individuals and organizations improve their communication and procedures, reduce the costs of conflict, and navigate challenging business issues.

Our team is a strategic alliance between Conflict Resolution & Legal Services and The Discovery Group.

Conflict Resolution & Legal Services (CRLS) was established in 1995 with the goal of achieving clear, practical and durable agreements for private and public sector clients. Members of CRLS come from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. They possess in-depth and practical training and experience in business, education and the law.

The Discovery Group partners have provided consulting, teambuilding, and training for a variety of industries, including the hospitality industry, the timber industry, restaurants, professional practices, school districts, churches, and not-for-profit organizations. They specialize in addressing the unique concerns of business partnerships, family businesses, and entrepreneurial couples. They also teach workgroups and individuals how to function more effectively at work, developing their skills of Social and Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Competence.
