Tom Fuller brings to his Conflict Resolution practice more than 45 years Legal and Judicial Experience. In 2010, he retired having attained Senior (Retired) Judge status after 30 years of service to the State of Texas and Dallas County. Since the beginning of 2011, he has devoted full-time to Conflict Resolution, specializing in Family Law, Business, Commercial , Consumer, and Employment Disputes. He has also mediated a wide range of other disputes. Tom has completed over 200 hours of basic and advanced training, and holds certificates in Arbitration, Mediation, and Family Mediation. He brings a range of experience to the table as both a trained Arbitrator and Mediator. He is listed in the Association of Attorney Mediators, Texas Association of Mediators, Texas Mediator Credentialing Association, and Judicial Workforce Arbitrators. He has been awarded a certificate from the College of Judicial Studies in Civil Jurisprudence.Pre-litigation services are offered negotiation, mediation and arbitration. His office is available to assist with mediations, arbitrations, negotiations, settlement conferences, contested hearing settlement conferences, and other alternative dispute resolution options.
