Divorce mediation is a cooperative and non-adversarial process. As attorneys and therapists, we understand the legal and emotional underpinnings to separating or divorcing. With patience and guidance, we give our clients the space to create an agreement tailored to their specific needs.
The consultation is free of charge. We do not take a retainer fee and charge an hourly rate for the mediation sessions. A separate flat fee is charged for the drafting of the separation or the divorce agreement and for the preparation and filing of the divorce documents with the court.
We have three locations: Syosset, Melville and Port Jefferson. We accommodate or clients work schedules with morning and evening appointments.
