Description of Practice

Greg is a full time mediator with Greenville Mediation. Greg is both a SC Circuit Court Certified Mediator and SC Family Court Certified Mediator. Greg is a general civil mediator with particular experience in Medical Malpractice, Product Liability, Drug and Medical Device, Hospital and Medical Staff Issues, Nursing Home, Health Care, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, Business and Commercial Disputes, Employment and Workplace Disputes and complex tort matters. On the Family Court side, Greg mediates a wide range of family and divorce matters.

Professional Background

Greg has been a practicing attorney and member of the Kentucky Bar since 1977. He has handled over 1500 litigated cases in his career, with a particular emphasis on Medical Malpractice and other Professional Liability cases, Product Liability, General Personal Injury and Complex Tort Cases. In 2010 Greg took his initial training as a mediator/neutral and began serving as a mediator in addition to his litigation practice. In 2012, Greg moved from Lexington, KY to Greenville, SC and completed his transition from litigator to full time mediator/neutral. From his litigation career, Greg is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and has been listed for many years in Best Lawyers in America and Kentucky SuperLawyers.


Greg has completed four seperate 40 hour mediation training courses in General Civil Mediation, Family and Divorce Mediation (KY/OH), SC Family Mediation, and Transformative Mediation. In addition Greg has taken numerous other courses and continuing education related to mediation and practice as a third party neutral. He has been certified by the Administrative Office of the Courts in Kentucky and the South Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission as a certified mediator. Greg has mediated several hundred cases as a third party neutral ranging from small civil disputes to complex medical malpractice cases involving multiple parties.
