Have mediated over 350 cases. These cases included a wide variety of civil cases in Maryland District Courts and construction related and other subject matter disputes in Maryland Circuit Courts as well as employment disputes before the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights & the Montgomery County Office of Human Rights. These cases include disputes mediated for the Montgomery Co., MD States Attorneys Office as well as family disputes (divorce and child custody) and community disputes where mediation for community mediation centers located in Montgomery and Frederick counties in Maryland. They include mediated cases for the CINA (Child in Need of Assistance)program and elder/family disputes and mediation services provided as a volunteer ombudsman in an assisted living facility.

I am a facilitative mediator serving as neutral. I do not give advice, legal advice or opinions, except in those cases where all participants agree clearly to a specifically defined directive mediation approach. I am also qualified as a Collaborative Law Practitioner.
MEDIATION - Fees are negotiated on a case by case rate per hour or on a flat rate basis depending on the type and complexity of the case and the estimated time to complete the mediation. Fees are split equally between the parties unless the parties agree to a different fee arrangement. ARBITRATION: Same fees and charges as presented for mediation services.
I am a ediator-Civil Case Mediation. I mediate cases involving public and private contracts (including construction contracts); divorce and child custody; home owner associations/home owner; employment discrimination/discrimination and elder/family disputes (including guardianship disputes)regarding senior life style changes. I previously served as a "Certified Ombudsman Representative, Long Term Care" in a nursing home and assisted living facility and have mediated child in need od assistance since 2017.
