Professional Background
Technical Consultant: Cameron / OneSubsea, Houston, TX (2001 - 2016). Implementing a tailored project management system for subsea oil & gas projects across operational locations worldwide.
Contracts Manager: Cameron, Houston, TX (2001 - 2008). Negotiated and executed international contracts on high profile offshore projects.
Project Manager: United Pipelines, UK,USA & Singapore (1994 - 2001). Instrumental in the highly successful introduction of new technology into the corrosion resistant alloy line pipe market. Conducted commercial negotiations including contract disputes and liquidated damage claims.
Experience
Mediated a wide range of family, community, commercial, consumer, employment and property cases. Over 300 hours of continuing education including facilitative and transformative mediation approaches. Provided basic and advanced mediation training as well as presented papers at TAM and ACR National conferences. .
Extensive experience in commercial negotiations during a 30-year career in the oil & gas business. Negotiated, executed and resolved disputes on supply contracts in excess of US$ 100 million.
