Volunteer mediator for Court of Appeals, small claims court and USDC of Oregon. Pro tem judge for summary judgment motions in Multnomah County Circuit Court.

Experience

Appointed to the first mediation panel for the US District Court of Oregon in 1984. Mediator for the Oregon Court of Appeals, American Arbitration Association, Arbitration Service of Portland, Multnomah County Circuit Court, certified as a professional mediator by International Mediation Institute. Mediated more than 500 cases.
