Mediation Offices only offers non-adversarial family law services: mediation, Collaborative Practice, and consulting for clients in mediation. Our focus on client-centered processes reflects our commitment to supporting clients in making the best decisions possible during the divorce transition.

Professional Background

Unmani is a member of the California State Bar Family and the Alameda County Bar Association. Unmani earned her LLM in taxation with Honors in December of 2012.


Unmani has been practicing consensual dispute resolution processes-- mediation and Collaborative Practice-- exclusively for eighteen years. She has worked with thousands of people seeking to resolve their divorce issues by focusing on resolution and developing their own divorce agreement.
