Facilitive approach; important for the parties to speak and "vent"; I encourage the actual parties to fully participate; I utilize combination of both caucus and joint sessions - try to have the parties in joint sessions as long as possible, and utilize the caucus for specific discrete issues; I assist the parties to obtain better understanding of their disputes, and better understanding of the other party's interests and concerns.
At appropriate time, I also utilize an eclectic approach; am flexible in utilizing Mediation techniques.
