Worked 10 years in the Dallas County Family courts, alongside various Family Court Attorneys and Judges as a Probation Officer overseeing cases. She has over 25 years of experience working for the Dallas/Tarrant County and the State of Texas Criminal Justice field as a Probation/Parole Officer.


As a Certified Mediator with over 25 years of combined work experience with Dallas County Family Court and Criminal Courts, Ms. Allen’s offers high quality service by drawing from her experiences overseeing family and criminal cases.

B. Allen Mediation will always seek to provide each party with an environment where they feel free to express their feelings, their thoughts and concerns, free of judgment and interruption. Unlike in a formal courtroom setting, your sessions are informal. Ms. Allen will listen as a neutral party to help each side reach a settlement that benefits both parties. It is our hope that by the end of your mediation session, all matters will be resolved and a new chapter can begin. B.Allen Mediation’s motto is "Come Let Us Reason Together."


Cost: half day session per party is $500 and full day session per party $1000. Cost for Out of Town sessions will be discussed.
