Vickie R. Wms- Cullins has been described as tenacious, passionate, a community activist and a servant leader. Vickie is determined to be a change agent within her sphere of influence. She is the visionary behind the award-winning Restoration of Rights Clinics concept. These clinics provide returning citizens on how they might be able to get their civil rights restored.
Vickie is an entrepreneur. She created OPN-Door Communications; a mediation and training firm. OPN-Door Communications was developed to help businesses and families resolve conflicts, build relationships, preserve relationships and sever relationships with dignity and diplomacy.
Vickie believes that education is the key to your success. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from her beloved, Elizabeth City State University, a Master’s in Public Administration from Old Dominion University, and four certifications in Mediation with the Virginia Supreme Court.

Executive Director Williams received her B.S. Degree in Business from Elizabeth City State University and her Master of Public Administration Degree from Old Dominion University. She received training in mediation from the Hampton Roads Mediation Center. Executive Director Williams currently holds 4 certifications with the Virginia Supreme Court. She received training in facilitation from the City of Hampton’s celebrated Unity Commission. She received training in Trauma-Informed Care from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. She has enhanced her experience in facilitation and mediation by receiving training in Restorative Justice with the acclaimed Virginia Center for Restorative Justice.
Mediation fees are $120.00 per hour.
Conflict Coaching, Ombudsman, Investigative, Training fees are $60.00 per hour to research, develop and facilitate training.
$70 to 750 per person/trainee depending on the course.
