Jay Sandak

Jay H. Sandak, Experienced commercial and personal injury mediator. He is a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators, a member of the Association of Attorney Mediators and a member of the American Arbitration Association Panel of Neutrals. He has extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts in personal injury and commercial litigation including professional liability, land use, complex condemnation, business torts and intellectual property cases. His trial skills form a solid foundation for him when he serves as a private Mediator and Arbitrator. Has extensive mediation experience in professional liability (medical and legal), complex commercial and land use cases. Over the last several years has averaged approximately fifty Mediations a year and participated in and presented at numerous CLE programs on the subject of mediation.
