I serve as a workplace, labor relations and judicial mediator, arbitrator and factfinding . I have taught labor-management relations at Cal State University, Fullerton. I serve as a hearing officer for three Civil Service Commissions, as a Tempary Judge, a factfinder and serve as a Redress Mediator.
Served as executive director and CEO for a non-profit organization. Practice labor law and general practice law. Taught at the university level in the filed of ADR. Worked as a labor relations expert in collective bargaining, workplace law, and paractice administrative law.
Mediate in the fields of labor, workplace, homeowners associaiton, judicial, appeals law, personal injury, business and commerical.
My primary approach to mediation is that of a facilitator but depending on the needs of the parties I will use either an evaluative or transformational mediation process.

My normal hourly rate for mediation is $350. There is a minimum charge for two hours for any mediation and payment is due prior to or at the time of the hearing unless otherwise agree to by Mr. Saling.
All cancellations or postponements must be received by Daniel R. Saling – five working days prior to the scheduled mediation date or a cancellation fee of $600 may be assessed.
Mediation Added Fees: A fee of $350 per hour will be charged for the preparation of a written mediation settlement or any other required document preparation.
