I am an alternative dispute resolution practitioner with eighteen years of experience at the Center for Conflict Resolution, the premier community mediation center in the Midwest. I am currently serving as Executive Director, working with a full and part-time staff of 28 to provide mediation services and training to over 6,000 clients and trainees each year. During my time at CCR, I’ve had extensive experience in mediation, training, staff development and supervision, volunteer management, and building programs and partnerships to address conflict resolution needs in the court and community.
