Adam Ganz

After law school, I began my 23+ year career in the area of civil litigation where I have represented thousands of people and litigated a vast number of social justice issues. I have been licensed in Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico for many years. I have also served as a Justice of the Peace Pro Tem and I have spent thousands of hours in the courtroom having been involved in over 75 jury trials. I am also a Short Trial Judge and I have been an arbitrator assigned to hundreds of cases as well as mediated well over 100 cases as a litigant and neutral.

Over the last several years I have transitioned to a full-time neutral as a mediator and arbitrator. I completed a mediation certification program at UNLV and I am expected to receive my Masters in Law (LLM) from Pepperdine University in Conflict and Dispute Resolutions in the summer of 2022. At Pepperdine, I have taken courses in negotiations, arbitrations, mediations, cross-cultural conflicts, and the psychology of conflicts. In doing so, I have vastly broadened my experience and knowledge as a mediator and arbitrator and have been mentored by some of the nation’s leading neutrals.

When resolving a conflict, I strongly believe in the Ancient Greek philosophy “Kairos” which means “the right, critical, or opportune moment.” Allow me to help you find your kairos and resolve your conflict or dispute.
