Mediator David M. Henn was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Henn was admitted to the bar in 1994 in Indiana , and also is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. Henn graduated from Indiana University (B.S. 1991) and University of Louisville School of Law (J.D. 1994). Mr. Henn served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Betty Barteau of the Indiana Court of Appeals. Author: Survey of Recent Developments in Indiana Product Liability Law, 34 Ind.L.Rev. 857 (2001). Mr. Henn has practiced in the areas of business law and litigation, insurance law and defense, personal injury, real estate law, labor and employment law, probate, wills and trusts.
Mr. Henn has mediated cases across numerous legal disciplines including labor & employment, accident and injury claims, insurance matters, real estate disputes, probate claims, contracts and commercial disputes
Mr. Henn employs the modality best-suited to facilitate communication and participation between the parties. This includes in-person mediation with or without joint caucuses, telephonic attendance and video/online mediation.
