Carl B. Viniar is one of the most active mediators in South Jersey. He was a practicing attorney for 35 years. He completed mediation training through the Academy of Family Mediators in 1995, is a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators and is a founding member of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators. Mr. Viniar has mediated and negotiated settlements in the field of family law, as well as real estate, construction and other fields. He taught Family Mediation and supervised the family and civil mediation clinics at Rutgers Camden Law School for 15 years. He currently teaches negotiation and dispute resolution in the Professional MBA program. He has trained hundreds of people to be mediators.

Mr. Viniar practiced in family law, real estate law and related fields starting in 1976. He cofounded the law firm of Angelini, Viniar & Freedman in 1985. He received mediation training and founded the South Jersey Mediation center in 1995.
Mr. Viniar began mediating in 1995, specializing in divorce and family matters. He has mediated with over 1000 couples, and has also worked in partnership dissolutions, estate matters, and in real estate and other contract disputes. He has trained hundreds of people as mediators, participating in trainings with the South jersey Mediation Center, the New jersey Association of Professional Mediators, and Rutgers University. He founded SJMC and the Rutgers Camden mediation Center. He has taught mediation, negotiation and dispute resolution at colleges, professional programs, and even peer mediation in High school. He has presented many continuing education programs and trainings, and helped design dispute resolution systems.
