Peter mediates disputes for individuals and organizations arising from commercial activities, employment, land use, divorce, and family matters. He also mediates special education disputes for the Vermont Department of Education, and employment discrimination complaints for the Vermont Attorney General’s Office, Civil Rights Unit.
Peter offers lively workshops and seminars in effective thinking, communication, and problem solving skills that help folks get along, address disputes, and solve problems at work, at home, and just about anywhere else.

Peter established Pagnucco Dispute Resolution 18 years ago. He previously practiced law in Vermont and New York, including service as an assistant district attorney.
Peter has been mediating since 2001 and has offered conflict resolution seminars and training since 2005. For seven years he was visiting faculty at Bennington College where he taught undergraduate courses of his own design in conflict engagement skills, mediation, negotiation, litigation, and multiparty dispute resolution process. Peter brings a mindful approach to mediation, training, and speaking to promote connection, poise, and trust building in times of conflict.
Peter received his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.A. in Economics from Layfayette College
