Approach

It is essential that all parties have a clear understanding of the issues in dispute. I strive to give the parties tools they can use to problem solve and come to resolution on their own when possible. I encourage the examination of other impacts and consequences not related to legal rules or proceedings that influence the outcome and position of the parties. Relationships, reputations, along with personal and business dealings can all improve with improved communication skills.
