Helping lawyers & parties manage conflict & negotiate resolution.
I mediate conflict because I am drawn to meaningful conversations with people at a time when they need to make significant decisions. I appreciate the power of listening and dialogue – it saved my marriage and changed my life.
Past director of dispute resolution for the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and solo practicing attorney.
My goal is to help parties find a way to solve problems and resolve conflict. My job starts the minute I accept a case. I work until it’s settled.
My style may change over the life of a case, adapting to the needs and requests of the parties. Expect me to listen, ask questions, negotiate, problem-solve, evaluate, propose, and at times direct. We will have frank discussions about the risks and potential benefits of resolving the dispute through negotiation instead of litigation.
I am comfortable using technologies such as audio/video conferencing, texting, and other tools that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
University of Baltimore School of Law. LL.M candidate at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine School of Law. Over 400 hours of mediation training.
Full-day, half-day, and hourly rates available.
