In addition to traditional face-to-face mediation, Charles “Chuck” Hill mediates Online for those at a distance or who have difficulty occupying the same space. Chuck is a retired University of California administrator. He is a TN Supreme Court “Rule 31” listed mediator and member of TAPM. His speciality is family mediation including divorce, visitation, custody, parenting plans and plan modifications; as well as civil, copyright, and intellectual property disputes. He is Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC).
Prior to becoming a mediator, I was a Human Resources Generalist, Director, and finally V.P. in the Healthcare industry. I also directed Labor Relations and worked closely with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS).
I have completed over 340 Civil, Landlord/Tenant, Divorce, Parenting Plans and plan modifications, Visitation, Community, and other cases.
Chuck is a “facilitative” mediator. He has great respect for self-determination for the parties but is willing to make suggestions when warranted.
