It is becoming increasingly obvious that data will provide the foundation for the future, and that all of us in the dispute resolution field need to get smarter about how we collect it, analyze it, and learn from it. Oladeji has helped me enormously in understanding how data can help our field to constantly improve the quality of services we offer to our parties, and I know he’s going to open a lot of minds in the Mediate.com community as we move forward into this new reality.
