Core Competencies When Mediating the Division of Marital Property

New Day Divorce has designed this one and a half day training to provide you with the fundamentals for mediating the disposition of real estate, retirement assets, equity compensation and digital assets and income streams.  The training will cover 2640 reimbursement, Moore/Marsden, RSU’s, ISU’s, Stock Options, IRA’s, 401k’s, CalPRS, QDROS, digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, NFT’s and social media influence. 

Training will include developing and using a Marital Balance Sheet, creative options for dividing marital assets, consideration of tax consequences and collaborating with financial professionals. Participants will have opportunity to apply their new knowledge and skills to a Divorce Case Study.
