“Becoming a Florida Circuit Certified Mediator” 40 hour (5day) Training This dynamic lively training is facilitated by one of the informative Primary Trainers in Florida, all 100% online. 

It is available 100% online where participants have attended around the world. This training meets all of the requirements set by the Florida Supreme Court DRC and has been considered the best training taken by attorneys, professional neutrals and other professionals who want to expand their credentials, enhance their skills sets, while earning a requirement of becoming a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator.  

Understand the nature of conflict, responses to conflict, and the basics of conflict theory. Learn the skills needed to facilitate the management of various types of conflict in a fun, energizing environment. Real-plays give students realistic hands-on experience. This course is a comprehensive overview of appropriate dispute resolution processes. General Civil Mediation Training is the foundational course for all advanced mediation training. Topics include Diversity, Ethics, Generating & Exploring Options, Negotiation Skills, Professionalism, Role and Responsibility of the Mediator, and Advanced Communication Skills including Listening Skills & Re-framing.

December 4-7, 2023
This class is offered to the public, attorneys, counselors/social workers, educators, and HR staff. This course is designed to give individuals the skills and credentials they need to serve as mediators in the State of Texas. This course meets the Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable standards as required by the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association. All Course materials will be provided including a digitized workbook and up to date reference which includes forms and the materials you need to start a practice.

December 8, 9 & 15, 16, 2023 (Friday-Saturday Course)

This program will equip students with the tools to confidently mediate disputes and begin a mediation business. Extensive Role-play. Comprehensive training and workbook materials included. Course includes “Building Your Mediation Business” which includes effective techniques to get your business off the ground. 

Accredited MCLE/CEU’s 40.0 & 3.0 Ethics. State Bar of Texas approved and accredited Sponsor. California dispute resolutions Act Compatible. MC3 Approved Trainer

This is a Fast Track-Weekend course (Friday/Saturday)

This course includes “Building Your Mediation Business” to discuss effective techniques for building a mediation business.

Course Details: This program will equip students with the tools to confidently mediate general disputes and begin a mediation business. Extensive role-play for hands-on experience. Comprehensive Training and Workbook Materials Included.
