Dear Robert Grey, I was impressed with your article on Mediation of Guardianship and Elder Law cases and agree with much of what you say. I too practice in this area (central New Jersey) and am focusing more and more on mediation as a method of resolving these conflicts. I have a partner and an associate who are also mediators. I saw a comment by another attorney back in 2004 inquiring about setting up a network of mediators involved in these cases. Do you know whether that was every started? If so, I would like to be part of that network. If not, perhaps we can revisit that idea. Thanks for your article and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Network of Eldercare Mediators?
Dear Eldercare Mediator:
Are you interested in forming a formal or informal network of Eldercare Mediators? If so, please respond to this email, noting your preference:
1. Informal Network: Share information about Eldercare Mediation books, articles, training seminars, contracts to mediate, evaluations, and "peace stories" by email.
2. Formal Network: The above, plus perhaps have a Web listing of Eldercare Mediators and a Website.
Also, if there is a good response, we will need a volunteer to coordinate this Eldercare Mediator Network. Interested?
Please forward this email to others who provide Eldercare Mediation. Thanks!
