Steven L. Schwartz, the Managing Partner of ADRSolutions, LLC has completed over 1500 facilitations, mediations and arbitrations in business transactions, employment and labor law, commercial transactions, real estate, insurance, healthcare, construction, securities, government contracts, regulatory, technology, e-commerce, proprietary rights, personal injury, insurance, probate, and professional liability cases. He is a former practicing lawyer with thirty years trial and appellate practice before State, Federal, Governmental and International Courts and Tribunals representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Schwartz is a nationally recognized Facilitation and is part of the team having developed the National awarding-winning ICLE Michigan Mediation Court Rule 40-hour Training Course now being used as the model training program in many states.
Schwartz is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and an Adjunct Faculty at Oakland University where he teaches courses at the undergraduate and MBA level in the Law of Business Enterprises, Conflict Resolution, and Negotiation. Schwartz also consults with businesses in the "dialogic process" of communication to improve strategic management and decision-making." This process works to identify conflict issues and challenges facing organizations, stimulate vision, guide and focus strategic analysis, develop and recommend solutions and create ways for businesses to function more collaboratively.
