Pusshp Gupta is a law graduate from the most prestigious law school of India, Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi and admitted into the Bar in 1994. She did LLM in Commercial Laws. A Mediator at Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi and at District Court of Capital of India. Mediator for more than 10 years and have mediated more than 500 cases. As a Mediation Trainer has imparted Mediation Training to various Judicial Officers and Advocates. Conducted various Awareness Programmes throughout India, on the importance of Alternate Dispute Resolution Mechanism. Representing as a Counsel for the Government of India, Ministry of Environment and Forest at National Green Tribunal, New Delhi. Also a Coordinator-in-Chief of E-Mediation Writings, First e-Magazine of India dedicated to Mediation.
