Constructive conflict resolution for a peaceful balanced future - this is my long term goal. Cross-cultural meditation became my main research and focus area. In particular, resolving problems in situations when someone changes the country of living due to career opportunities or fulfillment of a personal desire, are among my specialized scopes. Based on my past experience in brand development and service quality research, my new interest has recently evolved within the Workplace Meditation in two following areas. Looking at how different generations can work together efficiently and resolving the conflicts which block the service quality development. Changes mean opportunities.
