Gil Medeiros is the founder and principal of Selectra, a Y2K risk management advisory service. He is a business executive and attorney with extensive experience in technology business operations, management, product development and manufacturing. He is a Y2K liability risk management consultant. Legal experience includes Y2K, intellectual property, corporate and business, contract and real estate law. He is a member of the California State Bar and Contra Costa County Bar Association (CCCBA). He serves as a fee arbitration panelist and is on the Attorney Speakers Bureau for the CCCBA. He is a member of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors and serves on the Grievance Committee. He lectures and writes on Y2K risk management. His article, "Y2K and Liability to Third Parties", appeared in the February, 1999 issue of the Contra Costa Lawyer.
