Ewan Malcolm, Ll.B, NP, MSc is a full time mediator, trainer and researcher. His diverse practice usually involves emotionally charged conflicts which are of high value to the disputants. His recent research has focused on how groups of mediators experience disputes with other mediators.
After nearly two decades as a lawyer, in 2002 Ewan was appointed as the first Chief Officer of the Scottish Mediation Network. In 2008 he was named the first Mediator of the Year at the Law Awards of Scotland. He is Director of Training for CALM, the association of Family Law Mediators accredited by the Law Society of Scotland. He presently lives in New York City where is a member of the Board of the Greater New York Chapter of ACR and is its 2012 Conference Chair.
