Emma-May Litchfield is the co-founder of Resolution Resources. Along with her business partner, Danielle, Emma-May was a designer and analyst for The Global Pound Conference Series 2016-17 (GPC). Together they have authored nine reports on the GPC, including the GPC North America Report, commissioned by the International Mediation Institute (IMI) with the support of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). Emma-May is a mediator, facilitator and coach with over 10 years experience in education and dispute resolution. She is also the Workplace Facilitator for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) in Victoria, where she provides coaching, facilitation, mediation, expert advice, and training. Emma-May is an academic at RMIT University.
