Daniel Bjerkness has a Masters Degree in Counseling from the University of North Dakota and a BA in Psychology from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. Dan serves as a Conflict Management Consultant and Mediator for the Conflict Resolution Center (CRC). He is an Associate of the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation and serves as one of its Administrative Directors. Dan has another article published at Mediate.com entitled Training Emotional Intelligence of Conflict Resolution Practitioners. He has presented three times at the International Conference of the Association for Conflict Resolution and once at the first ever National Conference on Transformative Mediation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
