Why Mediate.com? For a mediator/arbitrator or for someone interested in mediation/arbitration, it is simply the place to go. For example, there are all kinds of very useful articles, and if you care to write one yourself, you will find that other mediators may link to it thereby increasing your visibility. What is a reasonable accomodation in the employment context? Under the ADA, reasonable accommodation is defined in the negative. More specifically, a reasonable accommodation is anything that does not constitute an undue hardship. Thus, it becomes imperative to know what an undue hardship is.
