Felicia Staub

Felicia Staub is a founder of Empowered Communication, a mediation and training business in Washington State, and is their Senior Mediator/Trainer. She has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She trained in mediation and conflict resolution at the Dispute Resolution Centers (DRCs) in Washington. She is a Senior Mediator and is certified with the Washington Mediation Association, as well as having endorsements in family and victim/offender mediation and expertise in parent/teen mediation. She is on the Washington Mediation Association’s Board of Directors. Felicia is a seasoned trainer, presenting trainings since 2000 for many groups, including DRCs, universities, Native American tribes, and federal prisons. She brings extensive experience, tremendous dedication, great organizational skills, and a lot of creativity to her work. Felicia has won awards from the Washington Mediation Association and from the Whatcom Dispute Resolution Center for her mediating and from the Freedom Project for her work presenting and coordinating trainings in prison. She is also a mediator for the Sound Options Group, for Pollack Peacebuilding Systems, and for the Whatcom Dispute Resolution Center.
