Owing to its usefulness, we are continuing the practice initiated at the III International Conference at Sardinia Italy in 2000, constituting a Regional Delegate's Committee for the IV Conference.

Its mission is to favor a vast participation of mediators from all over the world.

The Delegate represents the IV Conference at his city or region, so as to provide information and promote participation.

His /her task shall be:

• To receive and distribute printed material (brochures, posters, e-mails) provided by the Organizing Committee
• To send to the Committee, the list of names of those who he/she considers would be interested in receiving information about the IV Conference. The list should include: address, phone, Institution to which he/she belongs, and, specially, e-mail address.
• To broadcast the aims and scope of the IV Conference.
• To build up a link between the IV Conference and governmental and non-governmental organizations, professional associations, Universities, Institutions, Foundations, Intermediate Institutions, Mediation Centers, etc.

Delegates will be members of the International Institutional Relations Secretariat of the Organizing Committee. Their names will be published in the Conference Program and they will receive a Certificate accrediting their work.

The Delegate will not be the Representative or Delegate of the W.M.F.itself: his/her task and duties will be limited to the IV Conference.
