Kipling Williams & Associates provides workplace, diversity and EEO mediation services to the San Francisco Bay Area. 

Kipling Williams is a full-time mediator specializing in workplace disputes involving a full range of issues such as non-selection for promotion, demotion and removal.   Kipling was in the first group trained to mediate workplace disputes at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Washington, DC.   He has been a panelist at the U.S. Postal Service since the program’s inception.
