About Dana
Dana Cradeur, the other founding partner in Conflict Management Associates, LLC, is a qualified mediator, negotiator, and a coach and trainer of conflict/dispute resolutions. She draws upon 20 years of international experience in negotiating, project/process management, and strategic planning mainly in the oil and gas industry and over 10 years studying emotions, fear, and the ego. Dana is also the founder of Dana International Consulting, LLC where she is an author of Recipe for Negotiating Business Deals Successfully and a member of The Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
Previously her work with Schlumberger’s, she developed negotiation strategies for domestic and international contracts and guided the negotiation as an advisor or lead negotiator. She earned a Petroleum Engineering degree from Louisiana Tech University and an MBA in International Business from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX. Dana resides in Jackson Hole, WY.
