The Village School 2010-11 Supply Contribution

The Village School supplies high quality pencils, crayons, paint, watercolor paper, main lesson books, beeswax, wool yarn, knitting needles, cotton fabrics, P.E. equipment, and much, much more for each student.  We request that families make a contribution of $75.00 per child to help supplement the school’s supply budget.  Your contribution will be added to our general fund and will partially cover the cost of the supplies used by your child during the school year.  Family contributions are an integral part of our budget and allow us to continue to supply these high quality items for your children.  If you have an older child, you may also receive a supply list from your teacher, as students’ supply needs increase as they go through the grades. 

We greatly appreciate all contributions.  A donation at the beginning of the year of $37.50 followed by another $37.50 during the winter or spring term is one option for those who are unable to give the full amount at once.  As well, if you are able to contribute more than $75.00 please consider doing so.  This contribution is non-refundable and tax deductible.  

While checks and cash are preferred, payment can be also made on our website using a credit card or bank debit card. Go to eugenevillageschool.org, click on the “donations” link and then on the “Donate Now Through Network for Good” button.  You will be forwarded to the website for the non-profit Network For Good where your donation will be recorded.

**  Please note that in addition to supply costs, the Village School also requests contributions towards selected field trips, especially for grades 3-8.  These include events like the Greek Games (grade 5), Medieval Games (grade 6) and special overnight trips for the 7th and 8th grades.  These amounts vary by class trip.
