Executive, Career, Personal, Family, Health, and Life Coaching are provided for individuals, families, and businesses seeking assistance with their personal, career, family, or organizational goals and objectives.  This is an opportunity for individuals, families, and organizations to explore values, interests, abilities, personality, and short and long term goals and objectives as they relate to succeeding in the global economy.   

The Coleman Group utilizes the Executive Coaching Model developed by George Anderson of Anderson & Anderson.  As a Certified Executive Coach, Dr. Victoria D. Coleman will assist executives by focusing on the Anderson CASE method of Executive Coaching:

                        Communication;

                              Anger Management;

                              Stress Management; and

                              Emotional Intelligence.

A pre/post-test of the Anderson Conover Assessment will also be utilized to address six (6) areas of competence of each client: 1) Interpersonal Assertion; 2) Interpersonal Aggression; 3) Interpersonal Deference; 4) Empathy; 5) Stress Management; and 6) Change Orientation.
