Membership Application/Renewal

Current Members:
For current members wishing to renew, send your dues to TAPM, P.O. Box 150626, Nashville, TN 37215-0626 or pay by credit card using the online shopping cart buttons below.
The dues structure and membership of the organization is as follows:

Member: $100 (Rule 31 trained)
Non-voting Member: $50-- This category includes students, volunteer mediators and interested members of the public or judiciary. This entitles you to attend all meetings, receive e-news, and have discounted CME.
New Members:
For new members, please fill out the application below, click submit and mail your dues check payable to TAPM at TAPM, P.O. Box 150626, Nashville, TN 37215-0626 or pay online using the shopping cart buttons above. Please note that submission of the application and payment online are two separate functions -- submission of the online application provides TAPM with your membership information, while the shopping cart payment process allows you to pay by credit card rather than mailing a check.
For new members, after your dues check has been received or we have received confirmation of your credit card payment, TAPM will set up your personal web page on the TAPM website. You will be notified by email of your user name and pasword. Then you may access your web page and make any updates you choose,including uploading a picture of yourself.
