About Us
It is my core belief that through Mediation or The collaborative Divorce Process the majority of family law cases can be, and should be, settled out of court creating a win/win result for both parties. More importantly, if the parties have children, Mediation or the Collaborative Process are approaches that can keep the parent's conflict from escalating out of control and damaging the children. There are many factors that contribute to a child's post divorce adjustment, but research shows that parental conflict is a crucial factor in their adjustment post divorce.
