Approach To Mediation
Mr. Stevenson is very careful in his approach to the confidentiality of the mediation process, given his own experience as a trial asttorney and the abuse of that confidentiality by a retired judge pretending to be a mediator. He is very aware and respects the attorney client relationship. He adapts to teh needs of the attorneys and the parties in the process.
