Mediation Services

Steven Rosenberg, Esq., provides highly effective and skilled mediation services (See Client Comments) throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Northern California and the U.S. Mediations in the San Francisco Bay Area may be held in our facilities or another location acceptable to the parties.

Parties may select fee arrangements based on hourly or per diem charges. There is no administration fee and no charge for an initial phone consultation, so that individuals can speak with Mr. Rosenberg to determine if the mediation process is appropriate.

Mr. Rosenberg also provides internal conflict management services to large and small businesses.

In addition to providing Mediation Services, Mr. Rosenberg can train and coach employees and management in Mediation, Negotiation and Conflict Management Skills.

Mr. Rosenberg was selected as a member of The Training Design Consultation Project, funded by the Hewlett Foundation for the development of training resources for the mediation field.  This work formed the basis for the very successful internal mediation program for the U.S. Postal Service for which he was a lead trainer.
