Team Building
Designs and delivers specific facilitated, interactive Team Building activities, training, and exercises for groups to interact more productively, especially during, or after, a conflict. Groups learn and practice skills to develop as a team and:

During a stressful or destructive conflict, groups are asked to “get back to work!” before they have learned to rebuild trust or interact more productively as a group. Team Building is a facilitated interactive experience designed for groups to address conflict constructively and learn and practice skills to work together respectfully and productively.
In conflict situations, Team Building often supplements investigations that do not support charges or mediations when the group still needs to heal and rebuild as a cohesive, collaborative, and productive group.
