Through applying business school principles of strategic planning, decision-making, system design and implementation, Rita Callahan, Master’s in Decision Science, has consulted and managed projects in organizational areas of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), human resources, operations, sales, marketing, billing, risk management, transportation, information management and other functional areas. Clients have represented the following industries in the public, private and non-profit arenas: court systems, education, financial, government (federal, state and local), health care, law, military, pharmaceutical, technology, telecommunications, and professional services.
