• Consults with groups and organizations to identify and assess existing or anticipated conflict, its scope, its effects, and to plan an appropriate process for the conflict and the group or organization.

• Uses specific conflict assessment tools to identify different work styles, conflict styles and specific conflict behavior. Certified in the Conflict Dynamics Profile®.

• Works with individuals, groups and organizations to address, manage and resolve conflicts by using tools like conflict assessment, consulting, training, coaching, facilitation, mediation and whatever is needed for conflicts to be addressed effectively and to improve communication and collaboration.
